The ability to achieve the correct balance and harmony in domestic
architecture is a very important factor when choosing a design partner
to enhance your home. The home is often seen as a reflection of
one’s character and must be correctly interpreted to impart
your desires. It is equally important to ensure that any alterations,
conversions and extensions add value both in a commercial and functional
way.
We are also Building Surveyors who have experience of all types
of residential property and can provide both RICS Home Buyers Reports
and full structural surveys. After June 2007 we will be in a position
to provide either full Home Information Packages (HIP) or just the
condition surveys. We work to agreed fixed prices and provide a
fee proposal for any work undertaken.
Architecture & Town Planning
Ondesign Associates was established in 1981 and wholly owned by
Keith Churchill MSc (Arch) who is a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered
Builder and member of the Institute of Incorporated Engineers. Keith
is supported by a team of surveyors and CAD technicians that enable
Ondesign Associates to provide a quick and efficient service to
its customers. In most cases we are able to produce drawings for
our clients consideration within 28 days. In more demanding projects,
detailed documents are submitted supporting the planning application
and these can include stated planning policy, photographs and letters
of support.
It is our aim to incorporate a ‘wow’ factor within
our designs in conjunction with the original design of the house.
We offer design proposals for the modest to the grand dwelling and
have a long and varied portfolio to call upon. We offer a very reasonable
firm fixed fee for the design work we undertake, which includes
submitting both the planning and building applications together
with any structural engineering calculations and drawings required.
Surveying and Home Information Packages (HIP)
As both Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Builders we are able
to provide RICS Home Buyer Report and/or full structural surveys
from a very informed prospective. Our reports identify any potential
faults and offer a solution with assigned cost. Sellers Reports:

Packages (HIP’s) from June 2007.
